Our Year 8 students performed a Liturgical dance and Bishop Pat spoke to the community.
Our new playground and landscaping was blessed by Bishop Pat Dunn with holy water and a ribbon was cut to offically open the playground.
Our guests were invited to a special morning tea afterwards.
We thank Bishop Pat Dunn and our guests for their presence on our special day.
The Progress of the Playground
We watched the playground grow and we were so happy when the first stage of the playground was built.but when we fundraised more and added the second stage, we were so excited to climb, swing, glide, wobble and slide.
We love our new playground!!
The Beginning of the Landscaping
St Joseph's Catholic School have been very fortunate with having our school grounds landscaped and have had a new playground installed. We have completed stage 1 and stage 2 after lots of fundraising.
The children have watched the developments with keen interest and look forward to the final result especially with all the new plants being planted, the new wall for padder tennis or basketball and a new fence at the front of the school.
